1. Company details

The bailu.gr website is owned and operated by BAILU (Lucie Pasova), a sole proprietorship based at 37 Kolokotroni St., Patras 26221, Greece, Greek Business Registry (GEMI) number 162663716000, email info@bailu.gr, phone +30 2614 011305.

The name “BAILU”, the dog-head logo and the mark “BAILU WATERPROOF DOG GEAR” are distinctive signs of the business.

2. Purpose of the website

This website is informational. It is not an online shop, and no sales, orders or payments are processed through it. Retail sales are made by independent partners, while wholesale sales follow direct contact by email or phone.

The website contains no data submission forms. The only interactive sign-up is the optional newsletter, which is hosted by the Brevo platform.

3. Intellectual property

All website content: texts, product photography, graphics, icons, logo, structure and code, is the intellectual property of BAILU or its licensors and is protected by Greek and European law.

• Viewing and storing content for personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
• Wholesale partners may use photography and texts solely to promote BAILU products.
• Republication, modification or commercial exploitation without prior written permission is prohibited.

4. Accuracy of information & technical specifications

Technical specifications (load ratings, weights, alloys, temperatures) come from the manufacturers of the components and refer to each component individually. The real performance of a finished product depends on webbing width, assembly method and conditions of use.

The stated load ratings are not a guarantee for towing, vehicle tethering, climbing or any application beyond the intended purpose of the products, namely controlling and handling dogs.

Colours may differ slightly from their photographic reproduction depending on screen settings.

5. Safe use of the products

The products are intended for use on dogs under supervision. Check stitching, buckles and metal hardware regularly and replace anything showing wear.

• Do not leave a dog unsupervised wearing a collar or harness near crates, branches or fencing.
• Do not use the gear for towing, tethering to a vehicle or suspending loads.
• Choose webbing width and size according to the size chart.

6. Links to partners and third-party websites

The “Where to buy” page contains links to third-party stores, eshops and marketplaces. BAILU does not control and is not responsible for their pricing, availability, terms of sale, return policies or content.

Sales contracts are concluded exclusively between the consumer and the respective partner.

7. Product warranty

We provide a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects in stitching and hardware, under normal use. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from chewing or cutting, modifications, or use beyond the stated specifications.

Warranty claims should be addressed to the point of purchase, with proof of purchase. Consumer rights under Greek civil law and EU law are not limited.

8. Wholesale & partnerships

The terms published on the B2B page (minimum order, discounts, lead times) are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. Each partnership is set out in a separate agreement.

9. Availability, technologies and security

The website is delivered through the Cloudflare CDN and may use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against automated abuse. We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee continuous, error-free availability.

Embedded third-party content (Google Maps, YouTube, Brevo) is loaded from the respective providers and is subject to their own terms.

10. Applicable law & changes

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Patras have jurisdiction over any dispute, without limiting consumer rights under the law of their country of residence.
